Adconion Acquires Frontline Direct For $20 Million

Online advertising network Adconion Media Group has announced the acquisition of data management and direct marketing solutions provider Frontline Direct for $20 million. This news comes hot on the heels of Adconion’s $80 million heavy funding deal, which was closed in February.

With this acquisition Adconion plans to rapidly expand into North America, with new office opening in San Diego (alongside offices in New York, Toronto and Santa Monica.) Adconion is currently serving over 290 million ad impressions per day worldwide and over 50 million daily impressions in the US. They base their platform on advanced techniques such as behavioural targeting, geo-targeting, day-parting, re-targeting, re-search and client side conversion tracking.
